3-week sprint · From £950
Idea to Launch sprint: live in three weeks, not three months.
If you have an idea you cannot stop thinking about, the worst thing you can do is plan it for a year. The sprint takes you from chat to a working, taking-enquiries version in three weeks, fixed price, no scope drift.
What you get out the other end.
- A one-page plan you can read in five minutes and explain to your partner without losing them
- A working name, a domain in your name, and basic identity (logo, colour, type)
- A small but proper website, mobile-first, that explains what you do and asks for a next step
- A payment link or booking form, so customers can actually transact, not just admire
- Google Business Profile, the right social handles, and a couple of useful AI guardrails set up
- First traffic. Real people, not a stock photo of a meeting room
What it does not include.
This is not a "perfect" launch. Perfect launches are how ideas die. The sprint is meant to get something real in front of customers fast, so we know what to build next. Bigger pieces (full ecommerce, a real mobile app, automation, paid advertising) come later, once you actually know what you are selling.
From £950
Fixed price for the standard sprint. More if your idea genuinely needs an app or a shop on day one. You see the number before we start.
- 3 weeks, calendar time
- One in-person Kent meeting
- Weekly progress demos
- Everything in your name
- 30 days of small fixes after launch
The three weeks
How the sprint actually runs.
Week 1: think clearly, choose the smallest thing
Two short calls. We pin down who the customer is, what they will pay for, and the smallest possible thing we can put in front of them that proves it. Name and domain locked in by the end of the week.
Week 2: build the smallest thing
Site, copy, payment, booking, identity. AI tools accelerate the donkey work. You get a midweek demo and a full one on Friday. Tweaks happen there and then.
Week 3: launch and listen
It goes live early in the week. We point a small amount of real attention at it (Google, social, your network) and watch what real people do. Friday we sit down and decide what to build next, or whether to pivot.
Three weeks from now, you could be trading.
Or you could still be picking a font. The first call is free, takes an hour, and you will leave with a clear answer either way.
